About Me

So nice to meet you! I am Meredith, an Integrative Health Coach with a love for food, living a fulfilling and happy life, and finding the same for others. I have a certification in Integrative Health with an advanced certification on Gut Health from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I have been studying the relationship between food, people’s lifestyles and health for several years - around the world. As an expat, I move every few years and am constantly learning how people from various backgrounds live long, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Through my education and travel, I know that one size does not fit all when it comes to what it means to be healthy. This is why my programs are individualized and tailored to your health needs.

I coach private sessions, host wellness sessions for private groups and companies, and guest on wellness podcasts. I am specifically passionate about gut health and how it impacts mental wellness. I am focused on self care and self reflection as an essential part of healing and living an optimal life. 

As a mother of three, I am also passionate about feeding my kids nourishing foods and empowering them to make decisions that support their wellbeing.

Our Approach to Wellness

The Good Well was designed to be a place where you can work with an Integrative Health Coach towards better health and wellness. Better wellness doesn’t have a single definition. Our comprehensive approach will look at your entire life including physical wellness, mental and emotional wellness, spirituality and your support system at home and beyond. This approach helps you to create self awareness that will allow you to make choices towards leading a healthier lifestyle.

Mindfulness

at the Good Well

The Good Well is pleased to expand it’s team to include Annalee, a Mindfulness Teacher. We invite you to work with an Integrative Health Coach & a Mindfulness Coach as part of your wellness journey. You can also book directly with Annalee.

Annalee has a passion for the psychology behind well-being and behavior change. With a background in corporate wellness programming, and a holistic approach to health, she designs and facilitates programs around mental and emotional wellness.

Annalee is a certified mindfulness teacher, trained fitness instructor, licensed secondary education teacher and has a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion Management. She is also the founder of Here Now Collective, a global community where mindfulness is used as a springboard for everyday well-being and nourishment. Annalee has a passion for working with women in helping them feel better and heal by incorporating mindful awareness and research-based content and practices into day-to-day life. Annalee has taught and led programs for corporate employees, university and high school students, busy moms, expats and children. She is a mama to four kids, wife to a U.S. diplomat and believes deeply in tacos and mountain peaks. Learn more about Annalee’s story here.
